Our team
I am a board-certified family medicine physician and wound care physician with extensive clinical experience in primary care, wound management, and complex medical cases.
I remain in active clinical practice with Stamford Health Medical Group and serve as Medical Director of the Stamford Hospital Wound Care Center, where I oversee the evaluation and treatment of acute, chronic, surgical, and difficult-to-heal wounds.
I am available to assist law firms with expert witness and medical consulting services, including:

Our history
I launched Bal Physician Consulting in 2026 to extend my clinical experience beyond the bedside and help attorneys, healthcare organizations, and businesses navigate complex medical issues. As a board-certified family medicine physician, practicing Primary Care Physician, and Medical Director of the Stamford Hospital Wound Care Center, I saw a need for consultants who could combine current, real-world clinical expertise with clear, objective, and practical guidance. My goal is to provide thoughtful case analysis, credible expert opinions, and dependable consulting services grounded in evidence and active medical practice.
